Calm Waters Cafe (BEING REWRITTEN)

Summary:

After years of hearing others constantly tear down my dream, I decided it’d be best to listen. If I can’t be a quirkless hero, I’ll be an everyday hero.

Inko Midoriya decided she'll help Izuku become a hero another way; they own a cafe and Class 1-A of Yuuei University quickly become their favorite customers.

Chapter 1: Introduction

Chapter Text

“Sorry kid, it’s not gonna happen.”

“I’m sorry Izuku! I wish things were different!”

“I honestly don’t think you can be a hero without a quirk.”

“Just pray that you’ll be born with a quirk in your next life and take a swan dive off the roof of the building!”

After years of hearing others constantly tear down my dream, I decided it’d be best to listen. If I can’t be a quirkless hero, I’ll be an everyday hero.

When I was 4 years old, I was diagnosed as quirkless.

When I was 7 years old, my only friend Katsuki (Kacchan) Bakugou deemed me as a “Deku” solidifying my uselessness among the class (school actually).

When I was 9 years old, the bullying escalated, becoming more physically violent and emotionally draining.

When I was 10 years old, my mama Inko Midoriya, opened the Calm Waters Cafe.

When I was 12 years old, I graduated from elementary school, at the same time I graduated from online middle school.

When I was 13 years old, Kac- Katsuki Bakugou told me I should take a jump off the building if I wanted any chance at gaining a quirk.

When I was 15 years old, I met my hero All Might. Who told me I didn’t have a chance at being a hero without a quirk.

When I was 16 years old, I graduated from an online high school.

When I was 17 years old, I started working full time at the Calm Waters Cafe.

When I was 18 years old, I decided not to apply to Yuuei University.
