Summary
Lovecraft didn't dream. And then he did. He dreamt of light and sunshine, of a farm and a family he had never seen, of people he'd never known. His dreams became a solace, a place of happiness for the otherwise lonely man.
Steinbeck dreamt of water, of death and destruction, drowning and darkness. Dreams that tormented him without end. In time, he began to dread them, his dreams nothing more to him than nightmares, a plague which he cannot escape.
