Summary
Ray is a normal teenage boy, except he isn't, because he has nothing in common with his peers. They're disgusting and rowdy and practically animals. There's a disconnect that makes him uneasy and, worse, lonely. He wants to belong somewhere, he really does, but the only solace he can find is by himself on the lake. The water is calm, and holds many secrets. And when Caleb starts getting fresh, Ray finds out just what kind of secrets they are.
