INTRO
Everyone knows the story of the little mermaid who fell in love with a human prince, she sacrificed her tails for legs. She believed that this human will fall in love with her, but guess what, the day he found out she was a mermaid, he looked to her in fear, alienating her. The ocean and water rejected her, how long could she live without water?
Initially, she tried everything to go back into the ocean but the ocean was like a burning flame in her skin. One day, she gave up trying. On the Surface, she just watched from afar, the love of her life with another woman happy. For her, she never felt jealous of the woman who received his love but rejoiced with him on his happiness. Even though she was dying.
There was a hole in her heart, she can never fill. She lived her life lifelessly, once he was married he moved away with his wife.
However, right after his marriage, she gained her mermaid power, ocean accepted her back. Yet she never returned to the ocean.
No one knows where she is or what happened?
In this story, the human world, the Surface, is ruled in the Omegaverse world. Mermaids, when they head to the Surface, have no idea about the gene hierarchy that the human world runs by. Also once they turn into a human, they automatically fall into one of the gene hierarchy.
Gene Hierarchy:
Human hierarchy to set a social structure in the human world. This hierarchy is in three distinctive groups; Alpha, Omega, and Beta. It is determined which hierarchy one is in by taking a DNA sampling which happens at the age of 18, the results will come in a day, then is presented in every system what hierarchy group one falls in.

Utterly devasted, I swam and swam.
I didn't know where I was going.
I didn't know what to do.
"Jimin! Stop! Jimin!"
My eyes were blinded by tears, everything around was blurry yet I thought if I stopped I would break, this aching heart that is tearing apart. Every second it was getting harder to breathe, it was burning my skin my heart.
Mum stopped me, pulled me into a tight hug.
"Mum it hurts! Please help me."
"You will be okay my baby. You're my strong baby boy. Nothing will happen to you, I am here. You will be okay."
"No! I'm not! Please, mum, make it stop! I can't! It burns! Please. Please. I'm scared. Mum!" Mum's every touch was burning me, I struggled in her embrace yet she used all her strength to keep me in her embrace.
Maybe it was the only thing keeping me from completely losing myself. I lost my voice from screaming and there were no tears left, it stopped flowing but the pain wasn't disappearing.
The whole time, my silent scream was the only sound in this vast ocean.
