What was lost can be found again in the chaos of war....
After taking off four months earlier, one late afternoon Ron Weasley returns to Hermione Granger and Harry Potter's encampment with an unexpected surprise in tow: a bloodied, battered Draco Malfoy, who has just saved Ron's life from his fellow Death Eaters. The fallen Slytherin wasn't acting from a place of altruism, though, and Hermione knows it. He wants something from her, but she can't guess what it might be or the depths of his obsession with her until he makes himself available for use by the Second Order of the Phoenix.
