Izuku smiles, looking the other way.
“I’ve always wanted a dad,” he says, blushing.
Toshinori chuckles; a warm, rich sound that rumbles in Izuku’s chest, and he thinks that maybe things won’t be so different now after all.
“We can certainly make that happen.”
