Agatsuma Zion has always been braver than her older brother and it was something she took pride in because she is able to protect herself and her brother without people thinking she is weak. Zenitsu often takes her strength for advantage leaving his younger sister quite vulnerable at times but Zion always tries to fight through her own pain to keep herself and her brother alive and safe.
Before she became a demon slayer, Zion was pretty hard headed but quiet. She never spoke unless spoken to and hardly made friends. Which is weird because a lot of girls fall for her. When her parents died, she became even more closed off, only talking to her brother. Even now she is still really quiet but has opened up a little more to the people around her. One being her teacher and "grandfather" Jigoro. He worked hard to make sure she and Zenitsu worked to their best ability.
Now, Zion is one of the best slayer's at her age even before the Final Selection and is willing to kill any Demon in her path. However, she does believe that there are good demons around the world, they just haven't been found yet. So when she meets Kamado Tanjiro and his sister Nezuko who got turned into a demon, she already made the promise to look after the pretty demon with her life.
