Chapter Text
Bubbly. That's the word everyone described her as. The word people used when they took one glance at her. The girl who was too bright for the world and whose smiling, blushing face can cause a specific "friend" to go a bit crazy over her.
Squishy. That's the word her "friend" described her as. The word he used when he took one loving glance at her. A glance that could stop time altogether and cause a little explosion in her heart. The blushing mess left by that loving glimpse could easily cause a giant explosion in that angry, spiky haired boy's heart.
"Bakugou Katsuki! Stop staring at your girlfriend and focus!" Aizawa called out in the middle of his teaching. His face, as red as a tomato, stared at his teacher with anger, and he felt the embarrassment trail down his spine. His palms grew even more sweaty than it was before, and his ears turned a bright shade of red. There were snickers throughout the class and the boys were looking at Katsuki with grinning faces. In the boy's mind, they all looked like shit-ass clowns.
Ochako's face was redder than Katsuki's of course. Her bright eyes were wider than anyone's in that classroom. Her head turned towards her pink friend, Mina, whose face was dying with laughter. The boys were all making those annoying snickers they always made, and it made her want to scream.
"Bakugou is not my boyfriend! We are just friends who train together!" She screamed out.
"Who said it was you?"
Fuck.
Kirishima's comment created chaos in the class. Ochako's friends were even questioning her and Katsuki's odd relationship at that point. She glanced towards Katsuki whose face was full of hellish rage, and she was worried he would blurt out the truth. The hidden truth that must forever be kept a secret.
That they are actually dating.
If the class knew about this, they would go ballistic and turn into stalkers trying to pry into the relationship, considering the dorm system at UA. The two were almost found studying, cuddling, together in the common area of the dorm, and they both had to make a run for it. If anyone found out about them, that moment might be the end of their relationship.
"Enough! We are in the middle of class. Now shut it!"
Class 1-A's bickering ceased immediately. Everyone sat straight and their faces focused on the board in front of them once again.
"There, that's better." The lesson continued with two blushing faces in the class.

Classes were nearing towards the end, and the students were free to go at the sound of the bell. Instead of studying, Ochako's got a change of plans. She received a text from Katsuki telling her to meet him at the train station with regular clothes on and an empty stomach. With a blushing face, Ochako changed into a simple, soft wool sweater and a pink skirt with warm knee-high socks. Leaving with a bag hanging around her shoulder, she made her way towards the station. The walk was getting a bit torturous due to the cold, until she saw Katsuki wrapped in a comfy, gray sweatshirt and a denim jacket over it. The chilly wind encouraged Ochako to run into his arms and cuddle into his warm chest.
Caramel. That scent was always there when she hugged him. The sweet scent that always lingered on his body. Katsuki hugged back with a grin on his face, his warmth filtering out of his body. His head dropped onto her shoulder and exhaled, rested his exhausted mind from what happened earlier. Heavy sighs escaped his mouth, and Ochako sighed with him.
"Hey, how are you?" Ochako asked softly.
"Hmm, I'm so fucking done with that shit-hole ass class." He responded softly with very little enthusiasm left. Ochako reached her hand out and patted his head gently. She softly played with his hair, digging her fingers through the blonde strands, and buried her face in his neck. Ochako continued to breathe in his lingering, sweet scent and appreciated the warmth circling around them. After moments of warm hugs, they pulled back and stared into each other's eyes. The amorous glances exchanged caused the increase of pink shades appearing across the cheeks of the couple in the chilly weather.
"Let's go." Ochako said as she took his warm hand and made their way onto the train that had arrived seconds ago. The train was more crowded than usual so the couple squeezed their way towards the middle and held onto the poll. There were more people who filed their way onto the train and the two were stuck in the middle, clearly uncomfortable with the new environment. Katsuki wrapped his arm over Ochako's shoulders, pulling her close to his chest, and she leaned into his warm chest once again. Caramel, that ever-present, sweet scent, overflowed Ochako's sense of smell, and she wrapped her arms around Katsuki's middle. He looked down at the small girl and kissed her gently on the head. A very non-Bakugou thing to do, Ochako was surprised at his actions and immediately blushed, holding onto him even tighter. Katsuki chuckled at her reaction, but the reaction of the crowd around them was filled with annoyance and slight repulsion.
"What the hell are you all looking at, shit-heads? I'm gonna kill you all you fucking bastards."
As expected, everyone on the crowded train looked away with terrified expressions. On the other hand, Ochako was a giggling mess. She could never get used to this.
