“Wen Qing,” Wei Ying says.
“Oh no,” she replies. “I don’t like that look.”
“We could do it,” he exclaims. “We could do it, right here.”
“Do… what?” she asks, looking a bit concerned. Wei Ying vaguely hears her mutter to Wen Ning to hide the rest of the fruit wine, but his mind is racing too fast, thoughts tumbling over each other in their haste to be known.
“We could create our own intentional community,” he says. “Right here. We could build co-housing, make a garden, bring the community to us!”
