If she had to rate the level of pain currently raging through her body on a scale from one to ten, she would probably classify it as a solid thirteen. She was sure she had never experienced anything as bad as this and that included the day Lex poisoned her – by accident – with the mushroom soup he cooked when he was sixteen.
