Althought ‘Record' ability is really useful, Kim Rok Soo remember when his ability is pratically useless.
Yes, he could remember a lot of things. But that was still like a normal (well, maybe a bit more high than normal people) memorization skill. He still couldn't remember too much information.
So, he worked hard. He read an information about any monster, even the particularly insignificant one. Sometimes he read a book and tried to memorize it too.
Kim Rok Soo didn't know what grade his ability was until it became grade 1. Until grade 2, his ability didn't change at all.
And one day, his ability suddenly upgraded to grade 1.
That day, as always before sleep, he read other information about the new monster grade 2.
The monster was still new and it’s not his team that face it, so the information was still lacking.
When he finished read all the information, he suddenly felt dizzy.
Am I used this too much? He thought. Well, time to go to sleep, I guess--
His legs wobbly and everything become dark.

When Kim Rok Soo woke, he was already on his bed with Choi Jung Soo and Lee Soo Hyuk in his side.
“Kim Rok Soo! Are you alright!?” Choi Jung Soo shouted frantically.
Kim Rok Soo stared at him. Poker face. His mouth twitched.
While Choi Jung Soo looks confused, Lee Soo Hyuk got it instantly. “Are you thirsty?” Answered with Kim Rok Soo's almost invisible nod.
“Damn, your condition now is so weak that you can't even speak and move! My poor, poor, Rok Soo!”
Rok Soo grumbled weakly.
After giving him a glass of water, Lee Soo Hyuk touched Rok Soo's forehead and frowning. “You have a very severe fever, don't you, Rok Soo? You even have a nosebleed when Choi Jung Soo see you lying in the floor.”
Rok Soo's eyes widened slightly.
Choi Jung Soo nodded repeatedly. “Right, right! I'm almost have a heart attack when I saw a blood in your really pale face earlier!”
“Why are you suddenly fainted AND have a nosebleed? Are you worked too much, Rok Soo?” Lee Soo Hyuk questioned his youngest team member with concern.
Kim Rok Soo just silently drank his glass of water and spoke. “I... Don't think... To have work too much these days.”
“... Jung Soo, Team leader-nim, what time is it?”
“Around five to six nearly evening.”
“... I fainted for almost a day, huh.”
“Yeah! Are you hungry, Rok Soo? You didn't eat anything today, so I brought a soup here!”
“... Thanks.”
Kim Rok Soo sat on his bed. When he wanted to hold the bowl, Choi Jung Soo's hands snatched it again.
“Ah, ah! Your body is still weak! Don't move too much! I will feed you!” Said Choi Jung Soo with cheerful but warning intended.
Kim Rok Soo grumbled again. “I'm not a child.”
“Well, you're acting like a child now.” Lee Soo Hyuk laughed. “You're in a really bad fever and still can talking back, huh?”
“Open you mouth, Rok Soo! Aaah~!”
Kim Rok Soo scowled. “Never in my life.”
“Aww, come on~!”
“Just eat, you rascal.”
Kim Rok Soo grumbled while opening his mouth.
30 minutes later, after Choi Jung Soo finished feeding him, Kim Rok Soo saying something again. “I think my ability already become a grade 1 ability.”
Lee Soo Hyuk who in the middle of drinking a water, choked in no time. Choi Jung Soo almost dropped the bowl.
“Don't. Drop. It. In. My bed.”
Choi Jung Soo speechless. “Well, how about you to not dropping a bomb out of nowhere?” He protested.
Kim Rok Soo looked away.
“So....” Lee Soo Hyuk stared at Rok Soo. “What was it again?”
“I think my Record Ability become grade 1. You know, when an ability become grade 1, it comes with a bit of backlash first.”
Lee Soo Hyuk frowned. “Your backlash seems a lot more serious than mine and Jung Soo.”
“Yeah... It's really out of my expectation. And I never think my ability can get upgraded so sudden.” Kim Rok Soo sighed. His body feels really heavy. The hotness (because of fever) was uncomfortable.
“Fortunately, our team is in holiday for this week. We can't tire Rok Soo because of our missi on.” Choi Jung Soo felt relief.
Kim Rok Soo just stared at them while they having a light conversation. Maybe both of them don't realize their position right now.
Choi Jung Soo's palm held Rok Soo's hands. Sometimes, he unconsciously caress Rok Soo's, as if he want to cooled down that hand because Rok Soo's hands become hot.
Lee Soo Hyuk's palm rested in Rok Soo's forehead. It wasn't seldom for patted his hair and forehead.
Before he realized it, Kim Rok Soo fell asleep again.
“Rok Soo, you—ah, he is sleeping.” Choi Jung Soo said.
“I think it's good. His fever is really high. He better rest.” Lee Soo Hyuk yawned.
“Team leader, you haven't been sleeping since yesterday.”
“You are in the same situation as me.”
When Choi Jung Soo and Lee Soo Hyuk found Kim Rok Soo fainted, they were really worried, thus make them unable to sleep.
Other than when they need to went to toilet or canteen to take out their food, they were always in the side of Roo Soo's bed. Accompany him in his sleep.
“I think I'm sleepy, too.” Choi Jung Soo yawned. “But I don't want to let Rok Soo alone when he is this sick....”
Suddenly, Choi Jung Soo's eyes shined. He walked onto Rok Soo's bed, adjust his sleeping position, and lay down on his right side.
Choi Jung Soo looked at Lee Soo Hyuk.
Lee Soo Hyuk speechless and laughed softly. “... Seriously?”
“Come on, Team Leader~!”
“Yes, yes.” Lee Soo Hyuk stand up and walking towards Rok Soo's bed. He laid down on Rok Soo's left side.
The bed is really crowded with three people on it, but they don't care. Instead, Kim Rok Soo's sleeping body moving comfortably towards Choi Jung Soo and Lee Soo Hyuk. He snored really softly.
Choi Jung Soo and Lee Soo Hyuk smiled before went to their dream.

When Kim Rok Soo woke up in the middle of night, he almost had a heart attack on the spot.
When he realized it just his two closest people, Kim Rok Soo silent for a moment. He fixed up their sleeping position, then went back to sleep in the middle of Choi Jung Soo and Lee Soo Hyuk.
It's really warm. Kim Rok Soo thought.
