When Lan Wangji opens his eyes, Wei Ying still looks like the boy he first met. For just a moment, Lan Wangji wonders if this is a dream. But then Wei Ying grins at him, all boyish innocence, and opens his mouth —his stupid, ridiculous, wicked mouth— and says, “You know, I was starting to think you were never going to get around to fucking me.”
Lan Wangji glares at him.
