   Summary

   Council meetings were always the hardest to sit through.

   And Sokka tried-- he tried so hard to help and be the best he could for Zuko, for the council, but no matter what he did, they would never respect him.

   Or, Sokka has Tourette's and some of the other councillors think Sokka is getting special treatment since he's the Fire Lord's boyfriend. He overhears a (rather rude) conversation about himself and feels dejected, useless, and defeated.

   Suki and Zuko refuse to let him believe that, though.
