Work Text:
Fushiguro's a selfish person.
Always wanting to save kind people even if the risks are too great. Like his sister, Tsumiki, and the vessel of Sukuna himself.
Even when he had every reason not to save Itadori. (To just let him go.)
He didn't. Because the answer is simple, Itadori is a good person and Fushiguro wants to save good people.
That's how it is and how it'll always will be. (......right?)
But maybe Fushiguro wants more. And unbeknownst to Itadori, Fushiguro's a bit greedy. Even after all the fleeting touches, watchful glances, and red cheeks, he craves more. Some of which are nothing more than wanting to hold his Itadori's hand. Others, are bit more......dirty.
(Fushiguro imagines what it's like to see him fall apart underneath him. To see him cry out and beg. To watch him call out him name again and again and again-)
He wonders if there's something wrong with him.
And maybe there is.
And maybe he could've lived with these thoughts if it weren't for those stupid dreams.
At first they were simple, he and Itadori would do activities that most people would considered wholesome. Fushiguro was not ashamed of these dreams, on the contrary he enjoyed them.
It was when they started to shift into something more. Visions of Itadori's face flushed cherry red as tears streamed down his face. Body trembling, voice hoarse as he sits in Fushiguro's lap, pleading for Fushiguro to do something.
Fushiguro wants more.
He can't look Itadori in the eye after that. The guilt is just too much. Sukuna (the sick bastard) taunts him relentlessly about the whole matter when Itadori is not looking. Saying thing such as "You want to make him all yours, don't you?" Fushiguro shakes his head in denial.
Gojo-sensei also joins in on the fun. Talking nonsense about teenagers and wet dreams and, "How the youth have it easy these days." He avoids Itadori like the plague after that. Ducking just out of sight every time Itadori turns around. It might've worked if Itadori didn't practically kick his door down later.
"Fushiguro, is something wrong?"
"What happened? Tell me!"
"Or is it because of me?!?! Please just spit it out man!"
He practically shakes Fushiguro til he almost passes out. Fushiguro was about to snap at him to stop but freezes.
Th worry in Itadori's eyes soften him. A moment later he makes up his mind, maybe Sukuna was right. (Maybe it was alright that he wanted more.)
"I'm fine, please don't worry."
He holds Itadori's hand every so gently.
Fushiguro is a selfish person. (But he's made peace with that.)
