With life in the Vampire US returning to normal, the vampires of Europe are travelling to petition their undead brethren across the American states with a radical proposition. Pulling out all stops, the Empress of Europe and an entourage consisting of the Old World's once-feared vampire-hunting families and the European Empress' most prized Carrier - a human whose blood retains taste - travel to New Orleans in the hope of persuading the Americans to agree to her charter.But things don't go as expected.
