    Midoriya Izuku is no stranger to having his heart broken, whether it be by his supposed friends of just strangers on the street, but that didn't make it hurt any less. Finally at UA, the school of his dreams, and with friends he would die for, he once again begins to open up and trust the people around him.

    That was his first mistake.

    An overheard conversations has him throwing all his old emotional walls back up, only for them to be torn down by the rag-tag group of teens he meets in a food court that adopt him as one of their own. Safe, right? Surrounded on all sides by people who love and support him, he finally begins to come out of his shell and grows into the person that he wants to be.
