   Summary

   12 years after the trip to Egypt, Jotaro finds himself on Morioh, a small city in Japan, to investigate a mysterious stand users activity and to deal with Joseph's love affair consequences; Josuke, a 16 years old high schooler. What seemed to be an easy task Jotaro, Josuke and his new friends Koichi, Okuyasu and Rohan have to fight against rebel stand users created by Keichou, Okuyasu's older brother, deal with aliens and ghosts and most important of all find and fight a serial killer that have been terrorising Morioh for 15 years. 1999 is the year where the group gets to understand the true meaning of Love, friendship and trust as they bravely works through their limits and grow both mentally and physically.
