I’ve read a few post-“Carry On” fics where Sam says goodbye to Dean, takes care of Miracle, and has Dean II. This one has accelerated decomposition for Dean and Sam burning him in the woods that night rather than returning to the bunker. I do like the way Dean II comes to be, but I wish there was more to their reunion in Heaven.
