   Summary

   After SHIELD discover Steve in the ice, they restrain him to an underground facility where his adjustment to the new century can be moderated. Yeah, maybe not the best choice of environment for a lonely super soldier. So, they throw a counselor at him. Unfortunately, that doesn't go over so well.
   OR Fresh-outta-the-ice Steve is sad and confused, and I wanted to write about it.
