    Weiss has been aware of her feelings for Ruby for a while now. She has never had the heart to tell her, though, how much she wants to kiss her, how much she wants to keep her close. A run in the pouring rain might just be Weiss' liquid luck.

    (A rewriting of my old fic "non sequitur" where the setting scene is almost identical, but things drastically change later on)
