   Summary

   Hailey convinces Uncle Clifford to extend Da Pynk to California and, after doing business with Montavious' associate Cuchillos, set up shop in Freeridge. To keep an eye on her investment, Cuchillos enlists her most trusted worker, Oscar, to work as security at Da Pynk and relay intel.
