Ningguang is a very busy woman as it says on her title, The Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing. Piles of paper works were always on her desks. Still, she didn't waste any time and finished them in just a few minutes with the right concentration and her skill in speed reading.
She's known for her wealth and great leadership. She has "eyes and ears" around the city that almost all secrets, she knows. No one knows what story is true but there are lots of stories about her and a lot of people has known her.
Including the young handsome man, Mr.Zhongli, a consultant of the WangSheng Funeral Parlor. He is always known for his kindness and intelligence. He makes bonds through Mora or that's what the ferrylady stated.
Zhongli could clearly remember the day they had met at first.

He was walking around the city of Liyue when he first saw her, her long white long hair flowing behind her and she's only wearing what looked like a old torn-dress.
She reminded him of someone, Guizhong. His bestfriend that he always used to talk with until the war of Archon, where she died. Expressionless, he began watching her every move, everyday.
She's just like her, Guizhong. She's kind to the elderly, loves playing with the little children, she's also intelligent on how she defeated an old man who suddenly challenged her on a game of chess.
She grew a lot everyday as he continue to watch her. From nothing, she now had a title and even made her version of chess. The children she played before became her allies and always obeyed her whenever she instructs them. Some of the elderly always invited her for tea whenever she had time.
She really is someone to be admired.
Zhongli thought.
Also, she looks and acts like someone, who he held dearly.
Zhongli had come up of the idea that Guizhong had reincarnated and it was her. Does she know of her past?
He stopped watching her since he knew that she's strong and she doesn't need anyone watching her especially when she wasn't aware.
She had built the so called Jade Chamber from scratch, she's got a lot of things on her side. Zhongli hopes that one day, he will also be by her side.
It was after a few days when they officially talked to each other for the first time. Zhongli was walking to the field of Glaze Lilies when another figure was standing around the flowers.
A smile was grazing her features, it was no other than Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing. The sunset slightly illuminating her already beautiful features and Zhongli's heart pounded at the sight.
She gasped as she turned her head to look at him. "I don't think I've meet you..." She stated, her beautiful voice playing like a soft harp.
"No, We haven't..." He stated as he walked beside her. "Your lady Ningguang, I've heard a lot about you."
She smiled, somehow she finds his low voice very attractive. Very unlike her yet he looks similar also.
"Yes, Your Mr.Zhongli. It's nice to meet you." She placed her delicate hand infront of them, waiting for his hand in return for a handshake.
"Same here." He placed his hand in hers and he smiled as their hands connected but frowns when she pulled away.
"I feel like I've known you before...but..nevermind. I should get going. I'll see you around." He doesn't want her to leave but he didn't stop her there.

Zhongli decided he should visit Ningguang on her Jade Chamber. He wasn't allowed to enter although Ningguang did come out to talk to him. He could almost kill the people that stop him from entering if it means that he could see her.
" Mr. Zhongli...what is it that you want to talk about?" She asked, a smile gracing her features. He noticed she looked like she's stressed and lacked sleep.
He wanted to talk to her about Guizhong but an idea came to his mind.
" I'd like to treat you...are you free tonight?" He asked and a light blush appeared on the Tianquan's face.
"W-well, I am..." She stuttered, the blush still on her pale skin.
" We'll let's meet up later here...I'll walk you to a restaurant and we'll talk and eat." He stated before walking away although he stopped before turning to a stunned Ningguang.
" I'll be waiting for you."
