Shouto Todoroki is the editor in chief of Yuuei Books in New York City.
Izuku Midoriya is his unfortunate assistant.
To avoid deportation to his native home in Musutafu, Japan, Shouto enlists the help of Izuku by saying that they are engaged. Izuku reluctantly accepts but imposes terms of his own which include a three-day long stay in Musutafu where his own family happens to reside in so Shouto can meet them for Izuku’s father’s fiftieth birthday.
Chaos ensues as the two try to convince both Shouto and Izuku’s family that they are in love and plan a wedding at the same time all while dealing with growing feelings for one another.
