"You guys want to know that badly?" They are nodding just as a confused Aizawa and Shinso walk in.
"What's going on here?" Midoriya turns to them with a smile. "Yeah, that won't work on me anymore."
"My smile isn't fast-acting. It waits and builds up over time sensei."
"He is not lying." All might pass Midoriya a box as the boy squeals. "I just waited in line for about four hours before I realized who I was. Then I walked in and bought a pair." He sat down near the desk as Bakugo started laughing.
"Bought a pair of what?"
"His new limited edition All might, basketball shoes and don't be like that. My mom was with you more than half the time, and you both grabbed lunch after." The man blushed and ignored him.
"Back on topic. What is going all in here?" Midoriya sighed as Kaminari stood up to explain.
"Bakugo let it slip that Midoriya got himself banned from a public pool." Both teachers and Shinso look at a pouting Midoriya.
"I regret nothing." They continued staring along with everyone else. "Ugh, Kacchan, you jerk. Fine, I'll tell, but this doesn't leave the class." He took a breath. "So I was like eight when once again a family reunion came up. My mom was once again hosting and exhausted from it. She had everything planned out, and they came only to ruin everything." Some jumped at the anger in his voice.
"Who is they?" Mina and the rest watched him shudder.
"My relatives. On my dad's side. Not all of them suck, but the majority do." He calmed down before speaking again. "My mom got them a resort-style hotel, and they rented a house. My mom made breakfast, and they went out to eat. My mom bought tickets to Disney land they wanted to go shopping. My mom plans to take us on a tour of the hero museum, and they want to go to Disney land. Everything she did, they threw in her face to make a fool out of her. So on the last day, she planned a picnic. They wanted to go swimming."
"Which to, some degree saved them. My mom had just made her special, cookies, and to the poor soul who eats one. You deserve it." The desk around Bakugo emptied out quickly.
"As I was saying. I was sick of my relatives before they landed in Japan, but I hadn't done anything to bug any of them. That day was their last day here in Japan. I had to do something or really anything that day. I didn't get the idea until we were already at the pool." He jumped as his phone rang, scaring half the room. "Give me a moment." He stepped out, leaving them to talk.
"What do you think he did?" Uraraka couldn't help but think it was something light.
"It couldn't have been that bad. I mean, it's Midoriya?" She nodded along to Todoroki's observation.
"Yeah, but he did get banned, so it had to be big." Denki and Sero were shooting out guesses to Bakugo, but the blond remained silent,
"Or a huge disturbance to the public." Iida started chipping in as Mina yelled out.
"Or terrifying!" Bakugo started getting on to her as Midoriya walked back into the room. He was still talking to the phone and getting frustrated about something or someone.
"Listen, I will talk to her about it later. Just chill you are calling me at school, you know. Yeah, I know.....bye." He quickly put his phone away and rushed back to his desk. "Okay, so I left off with us entering the pool, right?" They nodded excitedly.
"Did you cause damage to the pool!"
"Calm, down raccoon eyes!"
"Or scar a relative for life."
"Drooly, I mean it, chill!"
"Or-"
"Shut up and let the nerd tell the story!" Everyone calmed down to tell Midoriya to continue.
"Thanks, Kacchan, anyway we walk into the pool, and it was packed. There are people everywhere and even booth set up selling foods, drinks, and that's when I saw them."
"Saw what?"
"The gift from the gods that got me grounded by like five different people, but it was worth it." They tensed up as he stretched out the silence.
"Damn it nerd tell them before these idiots before they blow up."
"Alcazerser." Half the class gave him a what the f look. "I bought a box and ran to the dressing room to get changed. I stuffed maybe forty tablets into both my pockets and skipped towards the deep end of the pool. I knew my cousins would push me in, and I was right. I fell in. and the water around me reacted perfectly." A loud choking laugh came from the doorway. They all turn to see Present Mic dying of lack of air in the halls.
"Mic-sensei? Are you okay?" He was in the doorway on the ground laughing as Eri poked her head in confusion. "Hi, Eri-chan!" She waved at them, smiling sweetly.
"Quick quick someone, call Sir Nighteye. We found the pterodactyl pool demon."
"What!" Aizawa's sensei reaction was the best since the man actually got up so quickly he slipped out his sleeping bag.
"Yeah, I fell in the pool and then jumped out of the water as it started to fizz. I gave off the most demonic cry I could and sunk back below before anyone could catch me." Bakugo spoke up, nearly screaming.
"Deku forgot to add that the water looked like it was boiling, that chlorine makes his eyes look red on impact, and he snuck out of the pool as people freaked out." They looked back to Midoriya in shock. "People were other jumping in to save the poor child or running out the pool away from the red-eyed demon."
"Yeah, I changed swimsuits and even played it safer by sitting down by the entrance to wait for Bakugo and his parents to come." They looked back to Bakugo as he laughed along, nodding.
"Wow?!"
"By the time Kacchan and his parents got, there my eyes were back to normal. I actually thought I had gotten away with it until a certain hero decided to pop my bubble by asking to see the camera footage." He pouts towards the door where Mirio and Sir Nighteye stood. Sir Nighteye ditched his crutches as he moved towards Midoriya. "My mom grounded me for a month, and we had to leave before the hero realized it was me. The pool just banned anyone with the last name Midoriya not me exactly."
"It was you?" The man looks both shocked and impressed. "I need to tell the others we found you."
"Others."
"There is a team dedicated to finding you." He sounded both in awe and furious.
"Yep, and I have officially given up on keeping this story to class 2-A." Eri shrugs and goes to hug Aizawa. Sir Nighteye started interrogating Midoriya while Bakugo laughed at him.
"Who knew Midoriya was a bad boy."
"I also wasn't expecting that."
"I'm shocked by such bad behavior, young Midoriya." Midoriya just glared at Bakugo as Sir Nighteye, and All might drag him out of the room.
"I should have kept my mouth shut."
