   Summary

   In Devil Town, his parents’ angered screams were instead shrieks of laughter, and the bruises littering his arms weren’t from Takashi, but instead from playing with friends a little too hard. In Devil Town, he needn’t worry about the urine staining his shorts, because the only reason he’d get wet was to swim in the ocean.

   Devil Town was safe. Happy. Predictable, in a way, and Touma found himself wishing to never, ever leave.
