   Summary

   Single parent Castiel barely pays attention to the village drama, especially since the young, mysterious king is looking for a queen. Anyone in the village can try to win the king's heart, but Castiel didn't plan to be chosen. He didn't even try! So why is there a notice on his door declaring the king's intent to court him? Why did the king choose him?

   The king is looking for a queen to produce an heir, with the condition that no love be involved. Castiel is looking for a chance to better his daughter's life. It sounds like a great partnership...until that love they're supposed to avoid...gets involved.
