Bakugo Katsuki has recently infiltrated his husband, Bakugo Izuku’s secret villain orgnanization. Disguised as a quirkless man named ‘Hearth’, he made it his mission to learn more about how and why his adorable little husband became this big villain boss guy. However, he found out that in this organization filled with overpowered freaks, there were unspoken rules that needed to be strictly followed if you want to survive past being a new recruit. He created this ‘survival guide’ and compiled those rules for future reference.
