Summary

Boasting a record of more complications, longer post-operative stays and numbers that just don't add up, Burke has put his career and himself on the line. Under pressure from the hospital's medical review board, Dr. Richard Webber must take steps to ensure that his surgical department remains at the top. Webber hires Dr. Cristina Yang, an up and coming, ambitious surgeon from a local rival hospital to investigate exactly what is going on in his ORs.
