Summary
It’s 1918 in England and the war is over. Erwin has lost an arm; Levi has lost a little more than that. It’s been two years since they last saw each other, but Hange has a plan to get them to talk again.
On their way to a cottage in the middle of nowhere, Erwin reminiscences of their past together. Of the days he watched Levi go from orphan thug to captain in the army. And he wonders, will he ever be able to bring back the young man he once knew?
Or: a historical retelling of No Regrets and SNK centred on Erwin and Levi’s relationship. Except is WWI. But everyone lives. Nobody dies. Well, somebody dies, just not Levi or Erwin.
