Kacchan’s hands tangle in Izuku’s wavy hair, tugging down fiercely and forcing him to kneel. Izuku finds himself facing Kacchan’s boxers, his nose an inch away from the crotch. He sucks in a shaky breath as Kacchan yanks the boxers down, and looks away.
