He cleared his throat, trying to get rid of the shakiness in his voice. His leg bounced anxiously, looking all around the room but at Charlie. He felt so embarrassed. Charlie didn't really need to hear his internal worries.
"Matt." This really caught Matt's attention, as Charlie had hardly ever called him that. He fixed his gaze on Charlie, who's face had changed from concerned to a mixture of sad and sympathetic. Abruptly, Charlie grabbed his hands.

When Matt catches a case of the injury bug early on in the season, Charlie is there to comfort him.
