In 1986, Halley's Comet made its closest pass near Earth since 1910. It caused quite a ruckus; everyone in the world, it seemed, caught "comet fever" and peered into the night sky for a glimpse of this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.
In 1986, Ash Lynx and Eiji Okumura lived together in a fancy apartment in the heart of Manhattan. Even they weren't immune.
