Summary
Kurapika always wore long sleeve shirts, to keep his eyes from suffering the sight of that name. Chrollo, His soulmate, was one of the Spiders. Searching for the stolen eyes of his massacred clan was supposed to be different. A sacred duty he felt bound to achieve. It wasn’t. It was a constant uphill battle and Kurapika was losing more and more ground, ‘Is it even worth it anymore?’
Kurapika Kurta. He traced the foreign letters on his forearm. Kurtish characters in dark ink that spelled the name of his soul mate. The perfect addition to the spider. If only he would agree to join. Fortunately the only thing Kurapika held higher than destroying the spiders, was collecting the scarlet eyes. Perhaps they could come to a mutually beneficial arrangement.
Hisoka watched Chrollo. His curiosity and bloodlust grew. He licked his lips and imagined the fight they could have.
(Kurapika just wants to collect the Scarlet eyes, his soulmate be dammed. Chrollo just wants to court his soulmate. Hisoka wants to fight them both. In lieu of killing him after Kurapika loses his nen during their fight Hisoka sexually assaults him. Chrollo helps Kurapika deal with the aftermath.)
