Buck and TK had just gotten off work and were headed to the bar they had planned to meet their husbands at. Eddie’s parents had Christopher for the weekend so they thought this could make for some good adult only time.
Over shift Buck came up with a good idea for how he was going to act when he got to the bar and saw his husband. At least he thought it was a good idea.
“Let me get this straight. You’ve been married for the past five years and you want to walk in there and pretend you are meeting each other for the first time?” TK asked in order to make sure he was getting it right in his head. “You know this could backfire and Eddie could think you’re crazy.”
“That’s a risk I’m willing to take.” Buck shrugged. “You don’t know what it’s like living with a teenager. Tonight will be the first night we have sex without Christopher in the house in like a month so I don’t have to be quiet. I’m taking the opportunity to do whatever I want with my husband.”
TK covered his ears and pretended to gag. “Evs really? I don’t need to know that shit.”
Buck playfully rolled his eyes. “Like I don’t know gruesome details about your sex life Ty. Just thought I’d return the favor,”
When they pulled up, Carlos was outside. “What are you doing baby?” TK asked as he got out of the car.
“Waiting for the two of you.” He smirked, leaning in to kiss TK. “What took you two so long?”
“Last call took a while. Got like two hours of overtime.” Buck loved his job so he considered it a win.
TK rolled his eyes. “I was trying to get this idiot not to go through with his plan for tonight and I failed miserably.”
“Okay. Now I'm curious.” Carlos crossed his arms and turned towards Buck. “What are you going to do?”
“I’m going to pretend like Eddie and I are meeting for the first time.” Buck shrugged, not seeing what the big deal could be about his plan.
Carlos ran his fingers through his hair. “And you think this is a good idea?”
“I told him Eddie is probably going to think he's got another concussion or something.” TK replied, obviously agreeing with his husband.
“How about we make it a bet then?” Buck suggested, his want to prove them wrong increasing exponentially by the second. “If I don't get laid because of it then I have to give you a hundred dollars. Each.”
Carlos thought about it but was skeptical still. “What will be our consequence?”
“The mental image of me getting fucked by your best friend?” Buck shrugged, he could not think of anything better.
Although TK shuddered at the possibility of the image in his mind, he nodded. “Easiest 200 bucks ever.”
Buck rolled his eyes as he walked into the bar. “Oh my god. There he is.”
“I didn't know we were starting the ruse already.” TK laughed, he didn't know if he could get through this with a straight face.
Buck moved behind Eddie before he spoke up. “Are you waiting for anyone?”
Eddie smiled when he heard his husband’s voice and turned around. “Hi baby. Where have you been? I’ve missed you.”
Buck completely ignored his statement because it would not help to tell him what was going on. “Because if you aren’t, that’s a damn shame. A man as stunning as you should not be sitting here alone.”
“What is wrong with you?” Eddie could see Carlos and TK laughing in the background. “Are you really flirting with me right now?“
Buck subtly his head, tilting it slightly toward their friends. “Do you come here often?”
Through their ability to pretty much read each other‘s mind Eddie got the gist of what was going on. “I just moved here with my husband and son.”
Buck raised his eyebrow with a smirk. “So where is he? He should know better than to leave you here all by your lonesome.”
Eddie laughed at his wording before shrugging his shoulders. “I don’t know. Probably off being reckless somewhere.”
“You know I have been told I can be reckless from time to time.“ The man said, leaning closer to his husband.
“Really?“ Eddie tried his hardest but he could resist the urge to bite his lip. “How about you show me how reckless you can be?“
“Gladly.“ Buck said, finally closing the gap between them and kissing him for the first time that day.
After a minute Carlos cleared his throat. “Are you guys done yet?“
Eddie blushed as he pulled away. “I forgot you two were here.”
“Do you want to go home babe?” Buck asked, taking Eddie’s hand in his.
Eddie nodded his head. “Bye guys. See you at work tomorrow.“ He called out as the blonde man dragged him out in the bar.
TK stared at The window with his mouth open in shock. “Damn. Evan’s got game.”
