All I want is nothing more...
Regina quietly sobs. Her tears have been drained, and her voice is gone, but it doesn't stop the pain.
To hear you knocking at my door...
Regina remembers vividly the first time she saw her face. She drove Henry home, and stepping at her doorstep, she said,
"Are you Henry's birth mother?"
And an angelic voice answers her, sending chills down her spine. One word, one word that changes everything.
"Hi."
If I could see your face once more...
Her face, it's as gorgeous as it always is. Her pink thin lips and her long lashes reminds Regina of the time where they would just stare at each other, memorizing every small detail. Yes, her face is gorgeous as ever... but it's pale. Pale, cold, and dead.
I could die a happy man I'm sure...
She knows. She knows that she wouldn't be able to be happy again. She lost Daniel, she lost Robin, but it didn't hurt as much as it does now. She knows, she won't be calm ever again, she knows she'll feel guilty forever, even if it isn't her fault.
When you said your last goodbyes...
The morning before it all happened. That one morning, where everything was fine, and they were a happy family. Her wife cuddled with her, and when it was time for her to go, Emma kissed her, and said,
"I'd say goodbye, but it's a see you later, because I'm never leaving you".
Her wife had playfully winked and laughed after a slap to the shoulder, and finally left, not forgetting to blow a kiss.
I died a little bit inside...

Lunch. Emma hasn't came home, but it's alright, that happens quite often with all the paperwork she has to do. Regina smiles, excited to surprise her wife with her favorite dish. As she was arranging the plates, her phone rang. She picked it up, getting a call regarding her wife from the hospital, which happens often.
"Another injury from chasing Leroy?" she chuckles.
A deafening silence came from the other side, before she heard a sentence. A sentence, that once again changed her life.
"Miss Mills, I'm sorry but Miss Swan got shot by a bullet right in her heart. We don't know what happened, but we couldn't save her, we tried our best. We are really sorry for your loss"
And with that, the phone fell from her grasp, falling, and she couldn't hear the voices anymore.
Everything was a blur.
I lay in bed with tears all night...
Regina couldn't sleep.
She had nightmares, nightmares of Emma being shot. Those nightmares are all set in different places, with different people, but it all ends the same; Emma dies with a bullet in her heart.
Regina cried and cried, not caring about anything else. She lost the one person who completely understood her and made her feel safe. She's still hoping everything is just a nightmare, and that she'd wake up in her wife's warm embrace.
Alone without you by my side...
Of course, it wasn't a nightmare. Her wife, Emma Swan, her true love -- is dead. She's numb. She can't feel, she doesn't want to feel. All she feels is the pain, stabbing at her heart, never stopping since the day she found out.
"But if you loved me..."
Regina knows that her wife loves her dearly.
"Why'd you leave me?"
Why? They've just started, they've just made plans for the future. A family, a happy family -- that's what they wanted.
"Take my body, take my body"
Regina would exchange her soul, body, life -- anything, if it'll bring her wife back.
"All i want is... And all i need is"
Regina wants nothing. She wants nothing, except for her.
"To find somebody"
"I'll find somebody"
"Like you..."
"Like you."
That's a lie.
That's a lie, and Regina knows it. She could never find someone else.
But most importantly, she knows.
She knows, that nobody will ever be like Emma Swan. Nobody can ever be as goofy, as romantic, nor as caring as she is.
She'll never find somebody, to fill the hole, which was once filled by her.
