Chapter Text
Your apartment in Kyoto is so warm, and the outside world is so cold. You can't possibly understand why Teru won't remain in bed, so you resort to the lowest of blows.
"[Y/N], I have to get up," Teru says softly, his voice tickling your ear. With a tiny grin on your face, you pull your arm farther off the side of his bed, so that your loving boyfriend can't reach his glasses, which are enclosed in your fist. He tries to reach your arm, clawing into the air, but his eyes are closed.
"You have to grab your glasses first," you laugh. Teru's gorgeous dark brown eyes open for the first time this morning, and he squints at you, registering your cheeky grin. His soft black hair falls in wisps around his head. His face is stern, but you know he truly isn't upset. You know that Teru would sooner walk off of a cliff than make you cry with his presence.
Teru makes a grab for his glasses, and you laugh, rolling off of the bed with his glasses still safely in your hand. Unfortunately, you forget to factor in the fact that your legs are still tangled within the covers and blankets and you send everything tumbling down with you. The soft fabrics fall onto your body, and you're content with it. At least, until Teru comes falling down on top of you, his own body trapped within the cloth. The breath is knocked out of your lungs, but the image of your boyfriend's handsome face right in front of you makes up for it.
Teru's forehead presses up against yours, and his hand reaches out, finally coercing the lenses from your hand, and he presses them onto his nose. You sigh, pressing your now-free hand against his cheek.
"Those are so unflattering, sweetheart," you mumble, and Teru chuckles, leaning down and gently kissing your forehead.
"Well, I wouldn't be able to see otherwise, my beloved."
