The best way to define Tommy would’ve been human. He had likable qualities, and he had his own faults. He lived his life like he ruled the world, as humans do. Because his life had always been his own and never anyone else's, it was his to spend. His life was limited, so he might feel obligated to put himself before other humans because there was so little time ahead of him. But, this story isn’t about Tommy’s past. Inside, the story surges ahead. With so little time, there is no time like the present to start telling this story.
