Summary
Peace blindsides the nations of Azeroth when a contrite Sylvanas sues for cessation of hostilities after the atrocity of Teldrassil. Lacking any other choice that wouldn't result in unthinkable casualties, the Alliance accepts, leaving the Kal'dorei shocked and wounded, but none so much as Tyrande Whisperwind. With war at an end, her presence as the Night Warrior has become a liability, and with no outlet that wouldn't see every race in the world turn against her battered people, the violence-maddened alpha vanishes into the wilds to sate her violent urges on corrupted wildlife. It's during one of these excursions, that Tyrande comes across another soul left bereft of purpose at the end of a war.
