Summary
Basil didn’t come back down. There was an itch in the back of Sunny’s mind, like a voice screaming at him to get up and check on the blonde. After four years of having next to no company beside odd noises and dreamy friends, obeying felt like second nature to him. He got off the table without a word and walked up the familiar stairs. The floor creaked beneath his feet, mixing with muffled murmurs that seemed to be coming from the bathroom.
