For as long as he can remember, Shōto has never known happiness and love.
An abusive father, a mother gone insane and a missing brother were the things that left the boy physically and emotionally scarred to the point of being unable to have any feeling if not rage and hatred.

The story will stretch through the 3 years of UA.
I left some things as they're in the anime/manga (the events from the sport festival to the provisional hero license will take place but won't be narrated) but I changed few others for the sake of the plot.
Shōto was homeschooled before UA.
He doesn't visit his mother right after the sport festival, but later on. He covers his scar until the second half of 1st year. He doesn't get the provisional hero license at all.
Katsuki and Izuku are actually good friends.
