   Before Izuru Connected to the Neo World program he infected it with a virus that contained Junko Enoshima - the ultimate despair it also contained one extra thing Which Izuru added, it was a way that he could keep his mind so he could possibly help Junko it would intervene in his avatar making process and takes his mind which he knew would be still intact and then it would forcefully inject it into another person's avatar and would then let him work with his mind fully intact but this didn't work and now Hajime is now confused why he is in a nurses body
