Maya doesn’t always feel as she looks on the outside. She often feels insecure and quite often lonely.
People don’t really approach the high and “mighty” Maya. Of course she was the best in some aspects, but is quite awkward. Until Claudine of course.
She has always been a fan of the half French. So when said girl approached Maya at the entrance test she was excited.
Of course she controlled her facial expression but her heart was beating really hard and fast. Then Claudine offers a hand, Maya stares at it. Unsure of how to respond until she remembered where she was. She smiles and take the hand.

She smiles most days when she gets to hang out with Claudine. She has been watching the girl for many years, and now she could eat with the girl.
They have those bickers here and there but they are always playful and slightly flirty on Maya’s end. But some days Claudine act’s ruder from stress.
Times like these is when Maya feels particularly bad. She feels as if she might’ve pushed the blonde a little too much sometimes. When incidents like that happen Maya burrows into her bed and only come out for food and bathroom breaks.
Claudine usually is the first to notice the pattern in her emotions yet it’s taking her longer to notice her insecurities than any other habits. Maya isn’t really sure if she wants the shorter girl to find out or not.

When Claudine does find out she makes sure to bring food and reassure Maya that she not doing anything wrong and that she is perfectly fine.
She gives kisses on the cheeks for more comfort and Maya always smiles at the action. Maya of course asks for more kisses on both the cheek and mouth and Claudine often complies.
Then they spend time cuddling and making sure that both of them feel perfectly fine. Maya feel safe whenever this happens and enjoy the snuggles a lot.
