after being on heat suppressants since he was 15, Dean went into heat. the doctor said that he had to have a heat every two years to be able to safely remain on suppressants. it was supposed to take a few days after stopping them for the next heat to hit, and Dean didn't want to miss school while waiting. when his heat hit, Cas immediately scented him from classrooms away. Cas follows the scent and realizes that it's Dean. they go to the impala and Dean's heat spikes.
