(current timeline: After imprisoning dream, also since this is an AU some of the timelines aren’t very clear or the same as canon)
Tommy was alone, well, not really alone, there were others with him. He doesn’t know if they’re human or not but to him, it doesn’t matter, what matters is that he has to find a way to shut them up…

Tommy rolled his eyes and went to go find sam. Tommy did want to ask technoblade for help, but he knows techno doesn’t take betrayals well so he thought it’d be better to not bother him.
He later found sam in front of tommy’s “big man hotel” that’s still under construction
“Tommy, how are you today?” sam asked
“I’m doing fine” Tommy didn’t have the energy to fake a full smile, so he made a half-assed one
“Tommy, are you okay? You don’t seem to well”
Tommy was gonna respond but the voices kept annoying him

“Shut up, Shut up” tommy whispered to himself
“Tommy, you’re seriously worrying me right now”
“I-i’m fine,Just, leave me alone” tommy said as he ran off
A few hours later…
Tommy ran out of energy to be mad at the voices in his head, so he just tells them off with bitter responses. Though the more the voices talked, the more tommy became more interested and curious in what they were talking about, and just the voices in general.
“So, what are you guys?”
Well, we all are technically called “chat” and we usually just stick around from time-to-time.
“Oh, well, thanks for explaining”
The voices seem to live in a world that’s more peaceful than the world tommy’s been living in..
After a while he realized that the voices were starting to fade out until the voices were completely silent
“Uh-hello?” But no one responded
I guess they’re gone...huh, it actually feels kinda lonely without them.. tommy thought to himself
I guess i’ll go to bed
Tommy actually slept well this time, maybe it’s because he got to talk to people who isn't like anyone in l’manburg. He usually started getting nightmares even after dream got sent to prison.
The next morning tommy got up a bit earlier than usual, he thought after talking to the voices he gained more motivation to finish off his hotel. The voices were very encouraging and supportive about the hotel idea.
Tommy collected some materials that he needed to build the hotel and soon went to the hotel.
“Tommy! Are you here to actually help me build the hotel?” Sam asked
“Yeah, i actually have some motivation to do it today!” Tommy replied proudly
“You didn’t before?”
“Well- i did but- you know what, let’s just build the f**kin’ hotel”
Sam was still a bit concerned about Tommy, but he was glad Tommy was doing something productive. Tommy had told Sam about him having nightmares and not getting enough sleep because of it, though Tommy never actually said what the nightmares were about but Sam could tell that they were serious.
A few hours later…
“Hey tommy, we need some more oak logs, can you go get some?” Sam asked
“Yeah, sure”
Tommy went off to go get more oak logs…...Until the voices came back

Tommy flinched at how loud they were, a bit louder then before actually. Tommy let out a sigh and continued on to collect more oak logs while the voices just do their thing. The voices talked about some of the other members of the SMP, which made tommy wonder how they knew who the other members of the SMP were.
A few minutes go by and tommy thinks he’s got enough logs so he starts to walk back to the hotel, until suddenly he got stopped by niki
“Hey, tommy” Niki said
“Oh, hi niki”
“So i heard from sam that you were collecting logs for your hotel”
“Um,yeah, and?”
“Well i thought that maybe your hotel could use different types of wood, you know, for aesthetic”
“Hm, i guess”
“Well, i know a place where there are lots of good trees, they’ll be perfect for your hotel”
Tommy thought about it for a few seconds and agreed
“Great! Follow me”
Tommy followed niki through the forest, in the snow biome. Niki didn’t tell tommy that they would go to the snow biome but tommy didn’t question it,sure it was a bit cold, but this is niki we’re talking about, niki wouldn’t do anything bad to tommy……
…... right?
“Um, niki?” Tommy asked
“What is it?”
“Are we there yet?”
“Oh don’t worry tommy, we’re getting close” Niki said as she smiled, though her smile was different than her usual smile, it seemed….out of character
Tommy, i don’t think you should follow niki any further
Dats suspicious, dats weird
No offence to niki but, THAT’S HELLA SUSPICIOUS
Tommy just Ignored them and continued to walk with niki through the forest
Niki stopped walking and so did tommy, she looked at him with a sinister smile
“Uh-niki?”
Niki grabbed tommy by the arm and threw him to the ground
“WHA- NIKI?!” All of it was happening so fast and tommy didn't have rough time to process it
Niki ran and yelled
“Jack,NOW!”
Suddenly he felt someone grab him, and then, he heard an explosion…. he only heard a few words before passing out ‘WHY!’ ‘sam’ ‘Destroyed’ ‘dead’ ‘cause’ He didn’t understand who was talking and what they were talking about
Tommy woke up in a bed that was definitely not his.He looked around and seemingly recognized the iron block walls, he didn’t remember why though. Suddenly he heard footsteps behind him, for some reason, tommy was scared since he didn’t know who it was.
He turned around
“Tommy!You’re awake” It was Sam, tommy let out a sigh of relief, knowing it wasn’t...…. him .
“Sam..”
“Yes tommy?”
“What happened”
Sam sadly looked down
“Well..” He began
“You see, niki and jack tried to...to..”
“Tried to what?”
“Tried to kill you with a nuke” Sam said in a serious tone
Tommy’s eyes widened
Tommy couldn't believe what sam said..Niki and jack…..tried to kill him?!
Why?...That was the only thing that he wondered, why?
Why would they try to kill him?
Why did they even consider this?
Why was he their target?
“Tommy?”
Tommy didn’t respond
“It’s ok, you don’t have to answer that”
Suddenly, some one walked, well ran, in
“I came as soon as i can! What happened?!”
It was puffy, she seemed worried
“Don’t worry, tommy’s fine”
Puffy sighed in relief as she walked up to tommy
“Hey tommy...” Puffy said in a gentle voice
Tommy, once again, didn’t respond. He was too busy wondering why niki and jack would try to kill him, instead of paying attention to what’s going on around him.
Puffy sighed and knelt down to be in eye contact with tommy
“Listen...We know you’re confused about the situation, but please try to listen to what we’re going to say”
Tommy nodded as a response
“So, sam care to tell him what happened?”
Sam let out a sigh and began to tell tommy what happened
“ WHY WOULD YOU TWO DO THAT?!” Sam yelled at niki and jack
“He destroyed l’manburg sam ..” Jack said
“What are you talking about?!”
“He’s the cause of all of our problems!” niki spat back
“No, he isn’t!”
“What ever, let’s go jack” Niki said while walking away, jack followed
Sam glared at the two while holding tommy in his arms. Sam was about to carry tommy to his base, until he saw puffy running towards them
“Sam!What happened?!” puffy said while worried
“Niki and jack happened”
“W-what?”
“Ask them yourself, i have to take tommy to my base”
“Okay, i’ll meet you at your base later, i’ll talk to niki and jack”
Sam nodded and continued to carry tommy to his base
Tommy was silent, he looked like he was about to cry but he held back the tears and asked:
“What happened when you talked to niki and jack?”
“Well..”
“Niki..” Niki and jack had explained to puffy that they tried to nuke tommy and why
“But niki, he’s just a kid !”
“He ruined our lives!” Jack yelled back
“He didn’t, Dream did!”
Niki and jack were visibly angry
“No...He started wars, stole things, and set george’s house on fire... Yet you still consider him to be a hero?” niki said in a bitter tone
“He was loyal!”
“He was selfish!”
Niki started to have tears of anger running down her face
“He always chose to protect those discs that didn’t even matter!”
Niki continued
“He always thinks so high of himself. WE also fought wars, yet what do we get from it?, nothing!”
More tears came down from niki’s face
“People always talked over us, no one ever listened to us!”
“Oh niki…” puffy tried to reach a hand out to niki but niki just turned around and gestured jack to follow
“And yeah, that’s what happened”
Tommy suddenly felt bad for niki and jack, he didn’t know they felt like that.
Maybe they would be happier if their plan actually worked, if that happened i would be happy for them..I seem to deserve it….they’re right, i am selfish...I-
“-mmy? Tommy!”
Tommy snapped out of his train of thoughts as soon as he heard sam yell his name
“Tommy, you seem tired, maybe get some sleep” puffy suggested
“No i-” tommy got cut off by sam
“Tommy, you really need sleep, you’ve barely been getting any sleep ever since you started having nightmares”
Tommy stayed silent, he didn’t want anyone to worry about him, he is a big man after all...but...sometimes tommy feels like he’s just lying to himself..
Tommy has always seemed to think of himself as a big man, even before joining the SMP, but now...it seems to be almost the exact opposite
Tommy knows he shouldn't be thinking like this, what would deo think?! Business bay was always there for him, but tommy feels like he didn’t deserve them…
Sometimes, he wonders why tubbo even wanted to be his friend i the first place..was it out of pity?..or was it genuine friendship? Tommy doesn’t know anymore
He needed someone who understands him no matter what..sure, there’s sam and puffy but tommy didn’t want them to worry…

Tommy grinned, he was glad that he had friends with him, Real friends
The next thing tommy knew, sam had tucked him into bed, not his bed, but tommy was fine with it.
Tommy knows that the voices chat will always be with him
No matter what
For once tommy doesn’t feel the need to be scared
Sure, sometimes the chat is a bit annoying
but at least they give tommy company when he’s lonely
