Lumine...
She was the last thing I saw before I woke up again.
Lumine was the last thing on my mind before I woke up again.
Lumine was the last warmth I felt, before I plunged into darkness.
I'll give it all to feel her close to me again. Even if it takes a bullet through Childe’s ugly face.
I woke up stranded… Angry. How dare that random lady prevent us from leaving! All that nonsense about mankind this, mankind that! It pissed me off. How dare she assume we’re human? We’re at most an heavenly species. I swear if I ever see her again, she won’t know what’s coming. She also captured Lumine… If I find one strand missing from my sister’s beautiful hair, I hope she begs for forgiveness. Too bad it won’t be granted.
I met Paimon 2 months ago… We’ve been together ever since I fished her out of the sea. I thought she was a cute toy cast into the sea… But it’s been two months of constant whining. I’m starting to believe her voice goes higher and higher. My urge for murder itches closer. I don’t know how much longer I can last. Lumine would tolerate her better since she’s cute.
For whatever reason… I decided to watch the sunrise with Paimon… I obviously overslept since the sun was burning my exposed midriff. I scattered towards the shade. Why did I decide to sleep out on the beach? I could have drowned. Lumine would be so disappointed in me for letting our species die just because I wanted to sleep near the shore. After 2 months with Paimon, she finally decided that I’m ready to venture inland. That’s 2 months of bickering because she was teaching me the world’s different cultures… Also, why did Paimon decide I needed that rusty dull sword that we found in a chest? I guess it makes sense… She doesn’t know my ultimate weapon.
We saw a dragon today, Lumine. It was massive! I wish you were there to see it with me! I saw it in a forest near Mondstadt- I believe they called that area Wolvendom or something of the sort- but that’s unrelated. Because, once again. I SAW A HUGE DRAGON LUMI. IT WAS BLUE AND IT COULD TALK???? LIKE HELLO? WHY DON’T I GET A DRAGON AS A PET? Ahem… I saw this lil’ dude speak to it but I guess they felt me since I thought the dragon roared towards the lil’ dude face… I thought I was gonna see death that day ahah! He didn’t even break a sweat, however he did run away. I saw him later at town. Both the lil’ dude and the dragon… It turns out the lil’ dude is a bard, who knows the dragon whose name is Dvalin and apparently the bard’s name is Venti but he’s also the Anemo Archon God Barbatos???? I was so confused, you wouldn’t believe it. I started the day at just walking towards the first town I could see and so much happened that I wish I had a comfortable place to sleep in. But my shoulders shall continue to carry the weight of this world until I find you. I will not rest easy until then.
Lumine. This world seems to have changed in the last 500 years. I remember those massive fires that broke out, destruction all around us. Lumine guided me out of there, it felt horrible to be in such a place. I thank my sister for doing that. I don’t think I would’ve known how to get out of there. Lumine… Wherever you are… Your big brother will find you. Don’t you worry. I’ll never forget about you. I would never leave you behind. If you’re still sleeping somewhere… I’ll come and get you. Even if I turn this whole world around up on its feet. There’s nothing more important to me than our family. The world shall burn if I don’t find you well.
