   Summary

   In a world where he is hated for existing, Midoriya Izuku decides to try and find himself a community. And what better way to do that than through the Internet? So he creates an app, that will soon grow into much, much more. Midoriya Izuku is determined to build a Haven for everyone that has been hurt and dicriminated against. He is determined to give everyone of the Quirkless and the "villainous-quirked" a home and a way to live freely. And so he does, and he might just change the world while he's at it.

   (Or, Izuku becomes the leader of a powerful Quirkless underground network half by accident, and swears to get rid of prejudice and hate. He might just succeed.)
