Summary
The Smithsonian Captain America exhibit had been the one constant in Harper Rhodes’ life for years. As someone who knew barely anything of her own past she loved to know that the words she had written were educating so many on the nation’s First Avenger. Then The Winter Soldier turns up, S.H.I.E.L.D collapses and Harper walks out of her office one night to see a man she believed to be dead standing reading her work. A man with a shining metal arm. Happy to use all of the knowledge she has gathered in her research she pushes herself into Bucky Barnes’ life, determined to help him remember. Only when one domino falls into place more and more follow and Harper begins to uncover truths she could never have predicted.
Like the truth about the family she didn’t even remember and the people she thought were friends.
