Ai heard the doorbell rang. She stood up excitedly as she was expecting the father of the twins. She had planned a whole day to celebrate her birthday and to enjoy a complete family time.
"You're not ___?," she said as she opened the door.
It was a the stalker. The stalker +had a face like he had just seen a ghost. Ai noticed his hand holding the knife.
"What will you do with that knife?"
He stepped back as Ai tried to slowly approach him. "I-I'm sorry! Please forgive me! It wasn't my idea!"
The man ran and left while Ai was still analyzing what had just happened.
After that, Ai went back inside and told the manager what happened. The manager and her wife quickly arrived at their apartment for security. They then celebrated her birthday.
Although, at the back of Ai's mind, she was still waiting for the father. She waited the whole day. No one came.
A few years had passed by and the stalker that went to Ai's apartment have already been captured and locked in jail. Ai, at the age of 35, revealed the story about Ruby and Aqua, who both are now very famous as idols and actors. There were some that insulted Ai but most of her fans were very supportive. They were usually casted in the same dramas as families and they would win awards together.
By the age of 89, in her hospital bed, diagnosed with cancer, Ai died. Her last words were "Aqua and Ruby, I am very proud of the both of you. You've both made me very happy since I birthed you. I'm sorry I never said the words I love you to you, but I hope I had made you feel that I genuinely loved you, and not just as a lie. I love you both with my very heart."
She died with a smile on her face while a single tear was running down from her right eye.
