    "I'm not gay," is the first fucking phrase that slips out of his mouth, and he feels like punching himself in the damn face. "I mean it, I'm not. I'm not gay, but I like guys sometimes, and I know that makes it sound like I'm gay but I'm not," and his voice legitimately fucking breaks and he feels tears prick the corners of his eyes and he wants the ground to swallow him whole.
