Libel: a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation
“Obi-Wan!” Anakin came stomping into the room and Obi-Wan found a datapad being shoved into his face. “Why would you do this?!”
Obi-Wan frowned. “What in the force are you talking about?”
“This!” Anakin screamed, waving the datapad again.
“I can’t read the datapad if you are not going to stop moving it.” Anakin scowled but gave him the datapad. On it, Obi-Wan soon discovered, was an article. Glancing at the headline was enough for him to realize what this confrontation was about.
“Anakin, I am not having an affair with your wife.” He sighed. Sometimes his padawan could be so obtuse.
